1. The stuffing was coming out of the surround pile. If my grandson had gotten a hold of it, he could have pulled it out and eaten it.
2. Cute concept, but poorly executed. I had to reread the description to figure out what everything was.
3. The return policy is absolutely terrible. You can’t return it if you take it out of the package—but you have to open the package to see if something is wrong with it!
4. Their customer service is terrible. I’ve been trying to contact them for weeks to return it, but they have not responded—other than to invite me to write a review.

My order came incomplete. I did not receive an accurate number of felt s’mores in my packaging. I had 1 too many chocolates and 1 less graham crackers. I emailed the company but got nothing back in response.
