PAYMENT

1. When placing an order, your bank or PayPal may temporarily hold funds on your account as an authorization. This hold ensures the funds are available until the order is ready to be shipped, at which point the actual charge is made. If you notice the authorization has not been removed, we recommend contacting your bank for further clarification.

2. In some instances, after your initial payment, there may be a slight adjustment in the tax calculation. This necessitates a second attempt to capture the correct amount to reflect the updated tax. Rest assured, only one transaction will ultimately be processed, and any duplicate or incorrect charges will be rectified automatically by your bank.

As the manufacturer, we do not match prices from other retailers. Nonetheless, we frequently run promotions and special offers on our products. We do provide price matching for purchases made through our authorized Amazon store.

Please be sure that the toys you have selected are included in the promotion category. Only one promo code per order. Be sure that your promo code is still valid.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Free shipping applies only to orders where the product price, after discounts are applied, exceeds $100. Orders totaling over US$100, including shipping and taxes, do not qualify for free shipping.

We currently ship exclusively within the Continental United States, aiming to deliver your purchase swiftly. Typically, orders within the continental U.S. are delivered within 3 to 8 business days after payment is successfully processed.

We are unable to ship to Puerto Rico, freight forwarder addresses, or APO/FPO addresses.

At the moment, we only ship within the United States. However, we do have an authorized store on Amazon where a selection of our products is available. We suggest considering purchasing directly from Amazon for international shipping options.

Our order processing and shipping operate from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Please be aware that most items are dispatched within 1-2 business days following the successful processing of your payment. During peak seasons, shipping times may be slightly longer, but rest assured, we are committed to dispatching your order as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.

We strive for your satisfaction! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have a 30-day window from the receipt of your product to return it, provided it remains in its original, unused condition and packaging. To initiate a return, you'll need a Return Authorization, so please reach out to our customer care team via email at customer_care@tinylandus.com.

We will refund the full purchase price, minus any shipping and handling fees. We do not charge restocking fees. However, if a returned item has been opened, is no longer in intact packaging, is damaged, or is materially different from how the item was shipped to you, it may not be accepted for return or may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%. Items not accepted for return will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.

Please note that Tiny Land does not cover the cost of return shipping. For your convenience and security, we recommend choosing a shipping service that offers tracking. Please ensure to notify our customer service team of the tracking number once you have returned your order. This will help us monitor the return process more efficiently.

LIMITED WARRANTY & REPLACEMENT PARTS

Tiny Land guarantees that this product is free from material and workmanship defects, given the following conditions. This warranty is exclusively for the original consumer purchaser and is valid only with a claim submitted within 30 days of purchase, requiring proof of the purchase date. However, Tiny Land offers an extended warranty service. By joining our Facebook group, the warranty period extends from 30 days to one year.

The warranty applies solely to the product's normal and intended use as initially received. It does not cover damages during transit, neglect, abnormal use, accidents, wear and tear, cosmetic issues, natural elements damage, deviation from our instructions, immersion in water (unless explicitly specified by us for water use), battery leakage, improper installation, assembly, storage, maintenance, or any external forces or acts of God. Consequential and incidental damages are not covered. The scope of this warranty is limited to the express statements herein.

Additionally, if you are not the original purchaser of the product, please contact the individual who made the purchase to obtain the order number, including Amazon order number. This is necessary for us to verify order details and proceed with any warranty claims.

If a toy you purchased from Tiny Land within the last 30 days has a manufacturer's defect or is missing a piece, please contact us via email at customer_care@tinylandus.com. Make sure you attach clear pictures or videos of the defect or damage and clearly identify the number(s) of the part(s) that display the issue (refer to assembly instructions if necessary).

Our customer experience team will review your Damage or Defect or Missing Part claim and confirm if it is approved by email. Please know that we may require additional information to process your claim. If your claim is approved, we will suggest the applicable possible resolutions, at our discretion.

A Tiny Land Gift Card is digital and is only available to purchase on tinylandus.com. A Tiny Land Gift Card is sent by email. A Tiny Land Gift Card can be applied to any Tiny Land purchase on tinylandus.com only.

You can check the balance of your gift card online any time on our gift card page.

Our gift cards will be issued in the recipient's inbox within minutes. Once the gift card is received, it's automatically active.
