The heart above the “tiny land” sign is very fragile, my 13 month old grabbed it without even much effort. I’m glad I saw it, so I took it away otherwise he was about to eat it… I would recommend for the company to get rid of the heart since it can potentially cause suffocation.

Very cute, but measurements are in the metric system. If you are selling to US clients then you should use the standard method of measure for the country. Perhaps add a choice between the two.
I intend to keep the chart however I will adjust the measurement marks as appropriate.
