Connection Between Families
While children played, parents found quiet moments of connection.
Conversations started naturally—about routines at home, small wins, challenging days, and everything in between. They didn’t feel like introductions so much as continuations of stories already understood.
Across the space, there were small warm moments: a shared smile between parents, a child discovering something new, a brief easing of tension that passed through the room.

Support That Lives Beyond the Event
A meaningful part of the day was the opportunity for families to connect with local organizations offering long-term support.
Through Miami Mom Collective’s Autism Resource Guide and participating community partners, families were introduced to a range of resources that reflect different stages of their journey.
The guide brings together autism-related support across Miami, including education, therapy and behavioral services, early evaluation, family and community networks, and programs that support teens and young adults in building independence.
These resources are not meant to simplify a complex journey, but to remind families that support exists—often closer, and more connected, than it first appears.
