Yes. Tiny Land toys are tested and certified according to the safety standards that apply to each specific product and market. U.S. products are tested against relevant standards including ASTM F963, CPSIA, CPSC, and CA65; Canadian products follow SOR/2011; European and UK products follow EN71, CE. All products are supported by third-party laboratory certificates.

• ASTM F963: A U.S. mandatory toy safety standard covering mechanical and physical properties, flammability, and toxic substance limits.
• CPSIA: The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act requires children’s products to be tested by independent labs and accompanied by a Children’s Product Certificate (CPC).
• EN71 : A European toy safety standard that covers chemicals, mechanical strength, and flammability.

Our toys are designed for children of various ages. Each product clearly indicates the recommended age on its packaging. Most Tiny Land toys are suitable for children 3 years and older. For toys intended for children under 3, while they meet safety regulations, we still recommend parental supervision during play.
