This event is open to the public with no RSVP required and will feature a relaxed afternoon of outdoor sensory play and exploration, hosted by Tiny Land in collaboration with Play Society.
What to Expect
Mud Kitchen + Magic Water Play
At this market-style event, children can look forward to a hands-on sensory play experience centered around the Tiny Land mud kitchen, where they are invited to explore everyday materials through open-ended, imaginative play.
Water play will also be an important part of the experience, giving children opportunities to pour, transfer, mix, and explore cause-and-effect through simple, hands-on interaction.
Sensory Stations & Developmental Setup
Alongside the mud kitchen, 3–4 sensory play stations will be available, offering a variety of textures and play experiences that encourage children to move freely between activities and follow their natural curiosity.
The setup is thoughtfully designed to support different ages and stages of development, with materials and play elements arranged at varying heights—from sensory trays on stands to floor-level exploration areas and simple cardboard-based structures.
Led by early childhood professionals
Throughout the event, the Play Society team will be present to facilitate play, support families, and engage with children in meaningful ways. They will also be available to answer questions about early development, including speech and language concerns, while guiding open-ended play experiences.
Through simple, child-led exploration, children may build focus, creativity, and independence as they discover how different materials interact in their own way.
