Tiny Land is honored to join GiGi’s Playhouse Deerfield, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing free educational, therapeutic, career development, wellness, and life-skills programs for individuals with Down syndrome and their families.
On September 19, 2026, GiGi’s Playhouse Deerfield will host its Annual Gala at Ferrari Lake Forest, bringing together community members and supporters for an evening of celebration and fundraising.
The evening will help raise critical funds to keep GiGi’s Playhouse programs free for the families they serve.
Supporting Opportunities to Achieve, Succeed, and Thrive
At GiGi’s Playhouse, the belief is that every individual with Down syndrome deserves the opportunity to achieve, succeed, and thrive.
As the only network of Down Syndrome Achievement Centers in the world, GiGi’s Playhouse provides free programs to more than 80,000 individuals and families across the United States and Mexico each year.
Its programs span education, therapy, career development, wellness, and life skills, supporting individuals and families at different stages of life.
Although these programs are offered at no cost to families, they are made possible through the generosity of supporters.
The Annual Gala is an important fundraising event for GiGi’s Playhouse Deerfield, helping sustain and expand its growing programs and services.
A Little Space for Hope
As part of the Gala’s fundraising efforts, Tiny Land is contributing a green children’s sofa and a green play tent to the event’s auction.
We chose green for a simple reason: green represents hope.
The sofa and play tent represent an idea that is close to Tiny Land’s heart — that children can have a comfortable little space of their own.
A place where they can play, imagine, and explore.
For us, these two pieces are a small expression of a much bigger hope: that every child has opportunities to experience joy, explore what interests them, and discover the possibilities ahead.
We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute these pieces to an evening that supports a mission centered on opportunity, inclusion, and acceptance.
