quality good, quantity poor, customer service good

Last year I bought 2 of the Tiny Land wooden easels (absolutely perfect for young artists!). It came with 1 large and 2 small rolls of paper. I couldn't find any info about how many linear feet per roll, so I mean just "large" and "small" in terms of the amount of paper. The width of the rolls is the same, and the paper is good quality for markers, crayons and paint.sticks. As my grandsons were using up the paper, I recently ordered 3 replacement rolls. With a "SALE" price of about $28 dollars each, I assumed this would certainly be the large roll. Unfortunately only 1 was delivered, and it was the small size. Fortunately, Customer Service helped, by adding an extra roll in with the two that had not been shipped. Thank you Customer service. And to the art supply department, I recommend that you identify the # of linear feet per roll so customers can decide if they want to look elsewhere for paper.
