Once restocked, the arch padding was received very quickly. My grandniece absolutely loves it. She enjoys the arch once again, as if it were a brand-new toy added to her climb set that she received for Christmas. The padding is nice and bulky and very protective when using the arch as a rocker. It is made of high quality material and very durable, a nice addition to her climb set.
I ordered this for Christmas and still do not have the product. Tracking says that is shipped on January the 13th. Its now January the 24th. I can not review the product because it is yet to arrive.

Why is this being advertised as 100% cotton when the tag says polyester?! And then you’re replying to customers with this concern saying it IS cotton? Then why does the tag say polyester?
I will say the material for our family is great, very very padded. BUT the fact a kids item not being washable is pretty insane. We have animals, our daughter always has some type of mess. This is absolutely so incredibly disappointing. Considering this is an expensive item and could easily be ruined. Not every family can easily replace a pad THIS EXPENSIVE.
