Refund Policy

Effective Date: This Refund Policy was last revised on July 15th, 2024.

Please note that products purchased from the Final Sale Collection during our anniversary celebration are not eligible for return or exchange.

We offer a 90-day return guarantee. Warranty will begin from the date the product is received. If a product grows defective during the warranty period due to a quality issue rather than your own breakage or misuse, we can accept a return, provide free repair service, or issue a new replacement (less promotional discounts and shipping charges).

To be eligible for a refund, returned ITEMS MUST BE IN NEW, RESALABLE condition with all original packaging intact and tags attached. The product cannot have been used. We reserve the right to deny a refund for any returned item that is no longer in new condition, in its original packaging, or is damaged, missing any labels, instructions, or pieces.

 

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund.

 

Return

if you would like to return a product, please follow the next guidelines:

  • If the product has quality problems, please contact us in time, and a full refund will be given after the order is processed. (We bear the freight)
  • If a returned item has been opened, is no longer in intact packaging, is damaged, or is materially different from how the item was shipped to you, it may not be accepted for return or may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50%. Items not accepted for return will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
  • If you place the wrong order and change your mind and want to return the product, you can return or exchange the product, but the shipping cost will be borne by you
  • Returned items need to be in the original packaging. If the item is not in the original packaging, we cannot resell it.  Therefore, If it is not in the original packaging after being returned, a certain amount will be deducted.

 

Notice for returns

The package needs to come back with the original receipt of the purchase.

  1. You need to provide proof of purchase by email to contact us. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  2. The time frame for return & exchange must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
  3. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way.
  4. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
  5. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has to track it. Returns or exchanges with no tracking will not be processed.
  6. The order number needs to be included in the package. You can print out the order detail page or contact us via: customer_care@tinylandus.com
  7. After the return, the funds will return in the same way 
  8. If the merchandise returned causes the original order sub-total to fall below the $99 threshold for free shipping, applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

    How to initiate a Damage or Defect or Missing Part claim :

    1. File a claim here, within 30 days of delivery of your item.
    2. Make sure you attach clear pictures or videos of the defect or damage and clearly identify the number(s) of the part(s) that display the issue (refer to assembly instructions if necessary).
    3. Our customer experience team will review your Damage or Defect or Missing Part claim and confirm if it is approved by email. Please know that we may require additional information to process your claim.
    4. If your claim is approved, we will suggest the applicable possible resolutions, at our discretion.

    Exclusions to this Policy :
    We will not be able to process your claim if your item :
    1. Was delivered more than 30 days ago.
    2. Has been used.  

     

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The specific arrival time is subject to the bank notice (The bank may have a delay in receiving the account)

    Gift Card Policy

    1. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    2. All sales of gift cards are final.
    3. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
    4. The value of the gift card cannot be used to pay for shipping and handling charges.
    5. By purchasing a gift card, you agree to these terms and conditions.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
