Real glow black play refrigerator

Received the play kitchen box torn up and taped up terribly . But hoped all would still be great until the faucet pump was sent broken… put the real water flow refrigerator together only to find the faucet didn’t work the gold faucet wouldn’t turn on the glow of water . Contacted customer service talked to them a few times through their website chat . The new faucet was NEVER sent NOR the missing pieces nor has anyone emailed me or contacted me . This was the main gift for my special needs child’s 2nd birthday . Still no response from anyone .
