DON'T waste your time on this

It's been over a month and I still have not received this AND they reached out asking if I wanted to be refunded because they can't locate it and I said no and to re-ship and it STILL has not come. They NEED to package them in a box within the box like all the other products out there if they can't provide something that's needed to go with the tunnel/tent.
