I will say the material for our family is great, very very padded. BUT the fact a kids item not being washable is pretty insane. We have animals, our daughter always has some type of mess. This is absolutely so incredibly disappointing. Considering this is an expensive item and could easily be ruined. Not every family can easily replace a pad THIS EXPENSIVE.
I wanted to reiterate what S.A. said below me. I emailed in before purchasing and confirmed the material would be cotton. Upon receiving the mat says 100% polyester. They are advertising incorrect material.
As S.A. said, it says you can’t wash it. Why would you have a children’s play mat that can’t be washed? That doesn’t make any sense to me.

I spent hours searching for a clean product. I asked a question on the website and even chatted in to talk to their customer service. I was told that this pad was made of 100% cotton on the exterior and 100% hollow cotton filling that had not been chemically treated. Upon receiving the pad, I noticed a strange odor. The pad is 100% polyester with polyester blend filling. Their website says that it can be washed but the tag says that cannot. Customer service offered 50% refund for the inconvenience of false advertising on their website, the question that I asked on the website being answered incorrectly, and the individual who I chatted in and spoke to prior ordering, also telling me false information. They are scamming people by Selling a product for a premium price and then delivering a cheap product from China. Do not buy- zero stars. Colossal waste of time and energy.

Super comfortable and my daughter loves it. It does not fit the arch rocker very well, but after receiving it I now see it's oversized in the pictures too. It's just a little floppy in person and doesn't stay on well so a little disappointed.
I ordered this in SEPTEMBER 2023-had multiple communications with customer service in December and January with promises to ship. It’s APRIL and I still haven’t received it…oh but you gladly took my money in September. Very disappointed and about to report you.
